Sullivan Hall Audio/Video Options

Audio 2 Track

  • 2 track digital recording off of a direct feed from the soundboard.
  • All files will be recorded and saved in WAV format at 96 KHz / 24-bit.
  • Media will be provided in either in CD or DVD format or as a downloadable file over the internet.

Audio Matrix

  • 4 track digital recording that includes a left and right board feed in addition to a left and right audience microphone feed.
  • Rode microphones or higher will be used to perform the audience recording.
  • All files will be saved in WAV format at 96 KHz/ 24 bit.
  • Media will be provided in either in CD or DVD format or as a downloadable file over the internet.

Audio Post Production

Zeitbyte can provide additional audio post production services to enhance, edit and master the source recording. Services will be billed on an hourly basis and will be based on the direction of the client.




Video 1 cam - (auto)

  • A video recording of the event will be performed from a single SD (Standard Definition) stationary camera that will be set to capture the entire stage.
  • The master video will be recorded as a uncompressed MOV and will be provided in your choice of format.
  • No cameramen or direction is provided in the single video camera recording service.
  • Audio recording will be captured from the microphone input of the camera.
  • Additional audio recording services can be provided (see above).




Video - 1 cam (crew)

  • A video recording of the event will be performed from a single HD (High Definition) manned camera.
  • The master video will be recorded as a uncompressed MOV and will be provided in your choice of format.
  • One cameraman will be provided and pan and zoom shots will be made of the event based on the cameraman’s discretion.
  • A two track recording from the soundboard will be captured from the input of the camera.

  • A video recording of the event will be performed from two manned cameras.
  • The source video from each camera will be recorded as uncompressed MOV files and will be provided in your choice of format.
  • Two cameramen will be provided and pan and zoom shots will be made of the event based on the cameramen’s discretion.
  • A two track recording from the soundboard will be captured from the input of the camera.
  • Additional audio recording services can be provided.
